A little announcement.
Well first of all, a very merry Christmas to everyone. I’m having a great Christmas with family in Kelowna, B.C. and I hope you all have a great Christmas too.
I just wanted to make a quick post to announce that I’ve registered a new domain name and will be moving this blog to that address sometime early in the new year. The site will still be accessible via CurtisSanderson.Ca. Along with the new domain I’ll be relaunching the site with a new design and a new blogging platform, WordPress. I’m just moving the old posts over to WordPress and once that’s done the new site will be ready to go. Stay tuned!
On a related note, I’m adding a blogroll to the new site and still have room for more pages. If you’d like to recommend a blog for my list please post it in the comments of this post.
I’m a potty mouth!
I found this while reading someone else’s blog and figured I’d give it a try. I was a little surprised that this site ranked so high. According to the results page my site contains 33% more “cuss words” than all the other sites that took the same test.
My other site, Canada4Life.Ca, has a 8.9% “cuss rate.” That’s 11% less than other websites.

Blog Lists
As some of my readers know, I’m on vacation right now. I just got back home from Kelowna, B.C. Before I left town I submitted my blog to two sites, New Democrats Online, and Blogging Canadians. When I checked my email, one of the first things I did when I got home, I was happy to see that my blog was accepted at both sites. So I’m now listed on both and I’ve added buttons for both of them in the sidebar here. I also re-jiggered the sidebar and removed a link from the top menu today. Plus I fixed an error with the site’s RSS feed that was pointed out to me by both someone from Blogging Canadians and someone from New Democrats Online. (Thanks! 
) I’ll be adding both sites to my links page in a few minutes. Hopefully my new affiliation with these two sites will bring more visitors here. Please post comments and let me know what you think. 
At the very least, having my blog listed on other sites should motivate me to post more often. Look for more posts in the next few days.

Wasting my money?
Hey all. I was talking to my friend Roger a couple weeks ago about my blog. He posted a really cool music video in his blog and that got me thinking that I don’t post on here enough. I guess anyone who reads this page already knew that, including him. 
Anyway, I’m starting to think I’m wasting my money on hosting and domain costs for this site since it’s just sitting here. So with that in mind I’m going to try really hard to start posting on here on a daily basis. I know I’ve said it before, but this time it’s serious.
RSS feed working again
I just noticed that the RSS feed for this blog wasn’t working properly. I don’t know if it was a problem with the blog or if it was just a problem with the way I had set up Mozilla Thunderbird.
Anyway, the feed is working again. Although, I’m not sure if anyone actually uses it.

Changed default style
Anyone who visits this site regularly will probably notice that I changed the default style of the site. I was just in the mood for something different. You can try out the different styles by using the style changer on the right of the page.

Winamp Now Playing
I added a now playing block to this site. It displays the song I’m currently listening to in Winamp, or if I’m not listening to anything it shows what I listened to last. Useless, but cool. You can find it on the right side of this page below the buttons, and above the random quote.
